Refunds & Warranties
Once we receive your order, we will process your request for a refund or replacement, which is for the item only and does not include the original postage. No refund or replacement will be accepted if the item appears to have been worn, washed or damaged.
Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
If the free return due to product defects If it is a user personal reason, users need to pay their own return fees.
We do not give a refund if you entered a wrong shipping address, please kindly understand that all orders are processed immediately and ship out the same day or few days after.
If your order is returned due to an insufficient address or the order had been held at your local postal office and you didn't claim the package at the end of given period, there will be a US$9.99 fee deducted from the refund to cover our cost of shipping and processing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@tech-life-online-store.com.We promise that we will return your money within 24 hours after receiving your package.It is expected to refund to your account within seven days.
